How To Make $1,000 - $2,000

The days of selling enchilada plates and car wash tickets is over for sports teams in El Paso, TX. Fundraising can be a nightmare, we know after having to do it ourselves. But now it doesn't have to be. Our fundraising program is open to any and all sports team in El Paso and are perfect for those that have to make a little bit or a lot. We're offering to host a fun play date for your team and their friends and families where all your team has to do it sell as many tickets to said event as possible. 

WHAT IS IT?

Our fundraising program offers a unique event that we work and host! The event is a 2-3 hour event (depending on the fundraising goal your team has), where kids that purchase tickets can come and play and have fun in our gym. Our staff runs the event, and makes sure the kids in attendance are having fun. You kick back and relax, and cash in the funds. 

WHERE IS IT?

The event would be hosted at one of our 2 locations (Rojas or Yarbrough) and will be run by our staff. The event features free time within our gym, group games, and dinner is included (pizza and a drink).

WHO CAN ATTEND?

The event is open to all kids ages 4 - 15 years old! They don't have to be current members of the gym or members of your team. Teams are encouraged to sell as many tickets as possible by inviting friends and family to said event. The event is for children only, parents are welcome to stay and observe from our lobby but will not be able to enter the gym or participate in any of the activities. It can be used as a babysitting service if they choose to ;) Kids that are part of your team will have to purchase a ticket to attend. 

WHEN IS IT HELD?

Our facility is open to operate these fundraisers on Saturdays after 4 pm, and any time on Sunday. During school breaks, we can also host an event during the day on a weekday. Event must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advanced.
